TRIF Collaboration Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is entered into between True Rights International Foundation (TRIF) and the applying organization, hereinafter referred to as the "Collaborating Institution."

1. Purpose: To formalize a collaborative relationship between TRIF and the Collaborating Institution for the advancement of human rights, dignity, equality, and social justice as defined in TRIF's Six Pillar Human Development Model.

2. Scope of Collaboration: Both parties agree to collaborate in areas mutually agreed upon during registration including programs, resource sharing, advocacy, and community outreach.

3. Obligations of the Collaborating Institution: Conduct activities in alignment with TRIF's values of Rights, Integrity, Dignity, and Equality (TRIDE). Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.

4. Obligations of TRIF: Recognize the institution's contribution, provide collaboration certificates upon approval, and feature the institution on the official TRIF collaboration platform.

5. Ethical Conduct: Both parties agree to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability in all collaborative activities.

6. Duration: This MoU shall remain in effect unless terminated by either party with written notice of 30 days.

7. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during collaboration.

8. Governing Principles: This MoU shall be governed by the principles of TRIF's Governing Charter and applicable laws.
